1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and free200 ("free200," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at free200.net and any related mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) free200 account. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonuses or pending withdrawals held across those accounts.

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at free200 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Unauthorized access to, or interference with, free200's systems, servers, or data.
• Any conduct that free200 reasonably determines to be harmful to its business, other Players, or third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the free200 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of free200 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines).

No content from the free200 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of free200. Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

9. Privacy and Data
